What is Skinluent’s return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most products, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety standards, certain items (like opened skincare products, intimate-use items, or free gifts) cannot be returned.

Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

How do I initiate a return?
contact us at contact@skinluent.com with your order ID and reason for return.

1. The customer should initiate a return request by contacting our support team with order details.
2. Once the request is reviewed and approved, we generate a Return Authorization Slip for the order.
3. The customer must print and affix the return authorization slip on the return parcel before shipping it back.
